Does the booth print?
YES! You can add on a print feature for an additional cost. Keep in mind that The PicShare Booth was built as a media sharing booth. Photos are instantly uploaded online and available for guests to instantly share to social media, devices or print at home!
Why is there not a booth operator?
The PicShare Booth is a smart booth! It monitors itself and ensures your event is running smoothly! No operator is needed to tell your guests what to do (duh!).
What kind of props are included? Can I bring my own props?
Packages come with a standard set of props depending on our current inventory. You can also choose to upgrade to a premium or deluxe prop kit that will include letters, chalkboard signs, or fancier props. You are ABSOLUTELY more than welcome to bring additional props, in fact, we encourage it! It's a great way to make your event more unique and fun!
What's the difference between a standard and premium backdrop?
Standard backdrops come in 2 colors: gold or silver. They are a smaller sequined pattern. Our most popluar backdrops are our premium backdrops and come in copper, silver, white, black and rose colors. They are made with a larger sequined material and give your photos that extra WOW factor. Want something unique? We can help you create a custom backdrop! Just ask!
What is required to book the booth?
We recommend you book your booth event as far in advance as possible. Our inventory gets booked up fast! A signed event agreement at a 50% deposit is due to reserve a booth for you. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your event.
How do I get the photos from my event?
You can access event photos directly though our website by clicking "events" at the top menu bar.
How quickly do photos get uploaded to the online gallery?
Photo upload speed is dependent on the wifi connection at your event. Generally photos are uploaded 20-60 seconds after they are taken. If no wifi connection is available, photos will be uploaded with 24 hours of your event start time.
Can I delete photos from my event?
Unfortunately, photos are not able to be deleted from your event gallery. You can however opt to have your event set to private.
If I download photos from the online gallery, can I print them at home?
Yes! Absolutely! You may use the photos however you choose for personal use.
Can I book the booth for my fund-raiser or school?
We love fund-raisers and school events! Contact us to chat more about your event, we even have options that will allow your organization to earn money from print and download sales!
Do you offer discounts if I have more than one booth at my event?
Absolutely! For each additinal booth your book at the same event, you will receive a 10% discount. Multiple booths at the same event are a fun way to get your guests partying!
Can I password protect my online gallery?
Certainly! When you fill out our initial booth agreement form, you will have the option to pre-set an online gallery password. Keep in mind that you will have to give this password to your guests if you would like them to access event photos.
Can I share the photos to social media?
Yes indeed!! We encourage social media sharing!! Simple find your photo in the online gallery and click on the social media button to share it online!
